某發佈會。 姜先生：「有關近期網上流傳香港空氣 PM2.5 空氣污染物嚴重超標，以及維多利亞港於三日後將會出現海嘯之類的傳言，我在這裡肯肯定說句，這些都是毫無事實根據的！請各位市民不必恐慌！」 記者：「那麼⋯⋯為什麼姜先生你正在揹著一個氧氣筒，腰間更帶著水泡的？」 姜先生：「Err⋯⋯我這個氧氣筒及水泡的作用就好像你買頑疾保險、人壽保險般！當時的氣氛是大家應該要有保險，所以我就買了這些保險！」 記者：「既然你對香港的空氣質素那麼有信心，亦不相信香港會出現海嘯，那麼你會考慮放棄這些氧氣筒及水泡嘛？」 姜先生：「我想跟你解釋，氧氣筒及水泡不能放棄，拿了就是保險⋯⋯但我希望現在向所有香港人說清楚，我沒打算用這些東西！我對香港的未來充滿信心⋯⋯！」
