「為咗促進內地融合，令我哋繼續發展，我提議唔遲於 2017 年成立『經濟發展委員會』，以及唔遲於 2046 年開展『人人有屋住』嘅研究工作！我相信只要我哋齊心，一定能夠推動前海嘅發展！……咩話？剛才我講咗『前海』咩？唔緊要啦！一樣嘅嗟！總之『前海好，香港好；香港好，前海更好』！」
